    About

    Accents adds cosmetic accessories such as hats and back-mounted items, letting players personalize their characters without replacing armor or making the accessories mandatory gear. Every accent can be dyed in the areas its design allows: a Top Hat can be recolored fully, while a Pirate Hat's feather is the only colorable part. Accessories also provide small, situational gameplay bonuses; for example, wearing a Sheathed Katana on the back grants 5% more damage. Bonus values can be adjusted or disabled, and the in-game configuration includes tools to edit base attributes and add modifiers, including for modded attributes. With Curios or Trinkets installed, certain accents can be equipped in their dedicated slots; without either mod, the items still function normally.
