    About

    Astral Dimension is an adventure mod about exploring magical realms shaped by a multidimensional being and uncovering how to stop the Void. Its broken Astral dimension spans 10 biomes, with Void Liquid replacing lakes and seas, and includes places such as the Fiery Forest, Amethyst Sanctuary, Void caves, and the towering Tormented Mansion. Players enter through an Astral Portal and follow a progression that involves gathering materials, discovering hidden knowledge from wandering Helioos, overcoming guarded structures, and summoning bosses; six bosses are available, with two required to complete the core storyline. The journey leads from the Void Titan to the Void Visage and onward to the Setback, a dark realm with eight biomes where players pursue stronger gear and face the remaining bosses. The Setback includes distinct environments such as Coral Spines, with dead and twisted corals and Faded Sewers, and Synapse, where glowing Synell and floating green particles appear among Syna-covered ground and Faded Flowers. Its structures and inhabitants include Crystal Pools, Pyrite Grottos, Faded Monoliths, and the Astral Hotel, alongside creatures such as Nihlins, Fatal Menaces, Oog Jellyfish, Antenders, and the powerful Pyrathis. Combat and exploration are supported by distinctive equipment, including a Void Necklace that protects against Void hazards, a Staff of Levitation that fires shulker bullets using Void Gems, and a Postrum Star Rod that shoots projectiles causing Weakness. The Astral Amulet also enables special uses for held items, while later crafting and exploration can unlock Astral Ectoplasm recipes for items such as Astral Apples and Velka’s Purifier.
