    About

    Chisels & Bytes is a client-side addon that exports Chisels & Bits blocks and designs as descriptive files for OpenComputers’ 3D printer, for use with its print3d program. The resulting prints can have two states to model behaviors such as doors, switches, or buttons, emit light regardless of their material, and use separate collision settings for each state. Exports also support designs and limited fluid bits, letting users choose between still and flowing textures; fluid prints are not translucent. The exported files can help carry Chisels & Bits creations to versions where OpenComputers’ printer is available, though complex models may exceed the printer’s default allowance of 24 shapes per state.
