A progression pack combining technology, magic, and guided achievements.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 167 graded mods, 61 are graded A or B, 22 C and 84 D to F. Its last update came out 9.5 years ago, for Minecraft 1.10.2. See the mods
Nuts and Bolts: Torqued is a progression-focused modpack that brings technology and magic together while aiming to let players advance mainly through one or the other until the later stages of the game. Its mod selection includes technology such as IndustrialCraft 2, Mekanism, Applied Energistics 2, and Advanced Rocketry alongside magic-focused mods including Botania, Blood Magic, Embers, Roots, and Astral Sorcery. The world generation combines Realistic Terrain Generation with Biomes O’ Plenty and extensively configured climate and terrain additions, with ores distributed according to depth. Progression uses gradually increased recipe and machine demands rather than relying mainly on abrupt resource gates, and cross-mod recipes can offer alternative, more efficient ways to craft items. An optional quest book provides goals to guide players through the pack’s progression.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.10.2 · Forge, 19 Apr 2017). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
4 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 15 Apr 2017 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
A Warning in 1 mod
We checked 176 of its 178 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
A Warning is not proof of malware.
Wrong result? Tell us.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
11 mods send something about you
We read the code of 176 of its 178 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 5 of the 80 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
98 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
