About
Nowheel is an optimization mod for Create that combines Flywheel and Entity Culling to improve frame rates, reduce micro-stutter, and address bugs. It improves performance by changing how Create handles machines that are outside the player's view, with greater gains possible in large factories where relatively few machines are visible. It also fixes a culling bug that could make players or mobs disappear visually on simulated contraptions. Some optimizations that may affect visual fidelity are disabled by default and can be enabled in the mod's configuration. Colorwheel is recommended for shader users.
