Dream Displays lets players build video screens in Minecraft and watch content together, turning in-world spaces into places for shared viewing, events, or presentations. Displays can play YouTube videos and livestreams, Twitch channels, VODs and clips, Kick streams and VODs, Vimeo videos and live events, Bilibili videos and live channels, as well as direct video streams and supported file-host links such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and Imgur. Playback can be local to each viewer, synchronized so everyone sees the same position and controls, or broadcast in a persistent looping mode suited to ambient screens. Players can adjust display size, brightness, video quality and volume, choose available audio tracks, and use spatial audio effects that respond to distance and surrounding walls. The display menu includes search and suggestions, playback controls, seek previews, and picture-in-picture; videos can also be popped out into a separate window or viewed fullscreen or borderless. Server operators can send fullscreen video broadcasts to selected players or areas, schedule displays to play or pause, and control access to displays, including options for WorldGuard region members and locked screens. Displays persist through server restarts, and returning to one can resume playback with little rebuffering.

Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
Sends your player name, system details, usage statistics and unknown data
Sent to bstats.org, www.youtube.com and an address built while the game runs.
Only some of its files send your player name, system details, usage statistics and unknown data.
We found this in its code, read without running it.
The author declares on Modrinth that it sends crash reports or usage data unless you turn this off.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI was used for its code
The author declares AI code on Modrinth.
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 13 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 2 points.
