    About

    Enchantment Descriptions clarifies what enchantments do by adding brief descriptions of their effects to enchanted-item tooltips, including enchanted books. It covers vanilla enchantments and supports many modded enchantments, with descriptions available in over 15 languages. When JEI is installed, the mod can also show enchantment details in JEI, including which items an enchantment can be applied to and how to apply it. Descriptions can be added or changed through localization entries, and the mod includes configuration options for personalization.
