    Filters API is a library for mod developers to organize items in creative-mode tabs into named filter categories, making items easier to find. Filters can be defined with JSON configuration, including through resource packs, and appear as tabs on the left side of the creative screen to show items assigned to each category. An optional uncategorized filter can collect items that do not belong to another filter, helping prevent them from disappearing from a tab with filters enabled. The library also provides a reserved button for each tab, which developers can configure to run an action such as opening an options menu.
