Build modern cities with roads, buildings, and working metro lines.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 66 graded mods, 51 are graded A or B, 13 C and 2 D to F. Its last update came out 9 months ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
MTR Urban Construction is a modpack for building modern cities, planning urban infrastructure, and creating functional metro networks, whether in a solo world or a collaborative project. Its transit tools include trains, stations, platform screen doors, signaling, and line configuration, supporting custom routes across underground tunnels and elevated tracks. For city construction, it adds modern building materials such as glass panels, metal structures, and architectural blocks, alongside interior and exterior decorations for office districts, homes, commercial areas, and transport hubs. Road blocks, traffic signs, lighting, and street details support layouts with intersections, overpasses, pedestrian areas, plazas, and parking lots. The pack is curated for long-term, large-scale building projects and collaborative servers, with an emphasis on performance and a ready-to-build setup.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 7 Feb 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 31 Jan 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 68 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 59 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 4 of the 58 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
1 mod is not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
