Helps subway trains run smoothly on low-end computers.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 92 graded mods, 72 are graded A or B, 13 C and 7 D to F. Its last update came out 11 months ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Optimized MTR is a client-side modpack intended to reduce the resource demands of Minecraft Transit Railway, with the goal of improving performance during subway construction and busy train operations. Its creator reports testing it at around 40 FPS on a low-end computer while building stations about 150 metres long, and above 37 FPS during frequent train departures, describing nearly a 40% improvement over the original setup. The package brings together MTR with additions including Tianjin-Metro, the MTR London Underground Addon, Joban Client Mod, Station Decoration, and, in some versions, Mishang Urban Construction.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Fabric, 14 Nov 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 1 Aug 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 97 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of 94 of its 96 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 7 of the 96 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
