    About

    Gamma Utils is a client-side brightness utility that lets you raise gamma beyond Minecraft’s normal setting, making dark nights and caves much easier to see. You can adjust gamma directly or toggle between its default and configured level, with options for gradual transitions, adjustable limits, and on-screen reminders when gamma is outside the normal range. It also provides configurable client-side Night Vision, which can work with some shaders where high gamma does not. Gamma and Night Vision can be set to adjust their strength automatically based on nearby light levels or according to separate preferences for the Overworld, Nether, and End; these two adjustment modes cannot be used together.
