A mod that adds Genshin Impact's set of instruments into Minecraft.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
Genshin Instruments brings playable instruments from Genshin Impact into Minecraft, letting players perform songs through instrument screens and familiar keyboard controls. Its instrument collection includes the Windsong Lyre, Vintage Lyre, Floral Zither, Arataki’s Great and Glorious Drum, Nightwind Horn, Ukulele, and Djem Djem Drum. Players can adjust each instrument’s pitch and transposition, choose among different note-label layouts, and play through MIDI; the Ukulele can use its upper octave for chords or switch to an extended treble range. The mod supports shared multiplayer playing, so nearby players can hear one another’s notes while using instruments.
Written from Modrinth , CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 2 areas, as a library other mods build on: Rendering and graphicsChanges 4 game code files in this area: drawing mobs, items, particles and textures on screen. and Mobs and their behaviorChanges 1 game code file in this area: mobs, animals, villagers, projectiles and how they move and act..
Adds 7 items, 7 recipes, 10 advancements and 193 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
The author declares on Modrinth that this mod interacts with your system outside the game.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
genshinstrument-1.20-2.7.7.jar, CurseForge genshinstrument-1.20-2.7.jar. 30 classes changed, 1 class only in the CurseForge file, 1 class only in the Modrinth file, in com.cstav.genshinstrument: InstrumentOpenProvider, AnimationController, ClientUtil, ModClientConfigs, AratakisGreatAndGloriousDrumScreen, FloralZitherScreen, AbstractGridInstrumentScreen, AbstractInstrumentScreen, InstrumentThemeLoader, NoteButton, NoteGrid, NoteRing and 20 more.We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
