    About

    Hearty Meals replaces the hunger bar with food-based healing: food restores health over time according to its original food value and saturation, and you cannot eat again while healing. Food tooltips show the healing amount and duration, while a health-bar overlay previews the health gained when you hold food or are healing; the armor bar moves to the former hunger-bar position. Nearby campfires grant the Cozy effect, which heals you gradually, while the Hunger status effect blocks food-based healing and can deal damage at higher levels, and Saturation instantly heals according to its amplifier. Honey, stews, milk, and potions are consumed twice as fast; honey has a stronger saturation modifier, and potions can be stacked in bundles. With Farmer's Delight installed, Nourishment slowly heals you every 10 seconds; optional settings can disable sprinting and enable instant regeneration or consumption, all of which are disabled by default.
