Immersive Pillagers expands illager lore and exploration with hostile camps, abandoned laboratories, roaming raids, and a side progression centered on research into the Totem of Undying. Killing a pillager marks you as wanted, after which attacks can occur at any time; raid types include horse, camel, boat, and wall-climbing spider raiders, as well as undead raiders that deploy resurrected pillagers, vindicators, and evokers. You can raid pillager camps, search scattered remains for loot and Rusty Keys, and explore abandoned laboratories to collect Research Notes and gain Illager literacy, then use that knowledge to craft a Totem of Undying yourself. Other distinctive items include a Crude Totem of Undying, a Raider's Horn that summons a war horde to your region and stops recurring raids, and Wanted Posters for placing a bounty on another wanted player or seeking peace for yourself. Rusty Keys open reinforced caches hidden in illager structures, and most features can be configured to suit a player's playstyle or server rules. With Immersive Aircraft installed, raids can also include airborne Gyrodyne Raiders; Immersive Melodies can add battle melodies.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 2 areas: Mobs and their behaviorChanges 5 game code files in this area: mobs, animals, villagers, projectiles and how they move and act. and Rendering and graphicsChanges 1 game code file in this area: drawing mobs, items, particles and textures on screen..
Adds 1 block, 5 items, 3 mobs, 6 structures, 2 recipes, 3 advancements, 17 loot tables and 10 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
