About
MI Tweaks is a configurable Modern Industrialization addon for modpack creators and addon developers, with its tweaks disabled by default so packs can choose which changes to enable. Its Flux Transformer stores Modern Industrialization energy and converts it to Forge Energy at configurable voltage, capacity, conversion ratio, and extraction rate, providing an energy bridge to mods that use FE. Recipe conditions let pack creators require a particular EBF coil or a minimum machine voltage, allowing recipe progression requirements to differ from the recipe’s energy cost. Configuration can also adjust electric-machine efficiency behavior, including running at base or maximum efficiency or setting speed according to voltage, and can hide efficiency information in machine interfaces. Machine Blueprints can show a multiblock’s shape and, when used on its controller, place the required blocks from the player’s inventory; packs can configure whether blueprints are required to place machines, but the mod does not provide a survival method for obtaining them. Other optional changes include requiring water pumps to be in ocean or river biomes, locking crafting-machine efficiency with a redstone control module, disabling wrench-based multiblock previews, and displaying current energy consumption in energy-bar tooltips.
