Automatically marks minerals you find on your map.

Mineral Tracker automatically records discovered mineral deposits on a JourneyMap map, so players can see where they have found resources without placing markers by hand. For Immersive Engineering, picking up a Core Sample tracks it when enabled on the server, and players can also right-click a sample to record it; sampled chunks appear with deposit icons and name tooltips in the map’s topographical view. For TerraFirmaCraft, picking up metal nuggets records where each type was found and displays markers on the map; TFC:Metallum is supported, and right-clicking an Athyrium Fern can add a Clay marker. The mod also supports Immersive Petroleum and, with Geolosys, lets players record ore samples by right-clicking them. Players can optionally share tracked deposits with friends through in-game friend requests, provided the mod is installed on the server; server configuration can disable sharing. Mineral Tracker is an experimental, deprecated project that will no longer be updated, and JourneyMap is its supported map integration.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
