A challenging survival pack that takes you from stone tools to rockets.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 114 graded mods, 42 are graded A or B, 17 C and 55 D to F. Its last update came out 4.1 years ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
TechnodeFirmaCraft is a challenging progression modpack that builds on TerraFirmaCraft’s more realistic, demanding take on Minecraft and expands it through integrations and rebalancing of other mods. Its central progression follows TerraFirmaCraft’s technology ladder, taking players from sticks and stones through the modern age and on to rockets and the End, while leaving room to explore different mod systems and approaches. The pack’s added systems include Advanced Rocketry for space-focused progression and Rockhounding Chemistry, with custom recipes and adjustments that connect these mods to the pack’s world. Agriculture features include planters, sprinklers that water a five-by-five area, fruit-tree bonsai pots, and a tiered climate station that unlocks greenhouse information and additional growing options. The pack also includes livestock regeneration, signposts for travel, and Lost City content, alongside further recipe, gameplay, and visual adjustments to its integrated mods.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 19 Sep 2022). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
3 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 16 Sep 2022 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 117 of its 119 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of 114 of its 116 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 61 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
55 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
