Immersive Technology is an Immersive Engineering addon for building thermal power systems around the Rankine steam cycle, the Brayton gas cycle, and solar thermal generation, with supporting chemical and metallurgical processing. Steam setups can distill water, burn solid or liquid fuels in boilers, or concentrate sunlight with reflectors and solar towers; heat exchangers transfer heat between fluid loops. Steam turbines convert steam into mechanical rotation and take time to spin up and slow down, while gas turbines burn combustible fuels and need an electric starter and igniter; alternators convert turbine output into electricity according to speed and torque. Cooling towers condense exhaust steam into reusable water, and radiators shed heat with performance affected by biome temperature and humidity. Additional processing machines include an Advanced Coke Oven, electrically heated and solar-powered Melting Crucibles, and an Electrolytic Crucible Battery for splitting fluids. For storage and automation, the addon provides large steel fluid tanks, rain-collecting open barrels, sealed steel barrels, and valves, load controllers, and stack limiters to regulate fluid, energy, and item flows. Utility blocks include adjustable redstone timers, trash cans for items, fluids, and energy, and creative crates and fluid barrels that provide unlimited supplies. Machine recipes can be customized through CraftTweaker on one release line or JSON datapacks on another, and the machines can be reskinned, retuned, and rewired with resource packs and datapacks.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 33 blocks, 14 items, 51 recipes and 21 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images, sounds and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

More modpacks put it in their new versions than a year ago: 38 a month now, 21 a year agoThe average of the last 6 months, compared with the same 6 months a year before. We say it only when the change is large..
1,420 modpacks include Immersive Technology in at least one of their versions. Here are the 30 most downloaded.
Mods that modpacks often add together with Immersive Technology. Share: how many of the modpacks with Immersive Technology also have that mod.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
