About
Modern AE2 Additions extends Applied Energistics 2 with selected features inspired by NAE2, focusing on additional ways to automate crafting, route resources, and manage networks. Its Pattern P2P Tunnel lets one pattern provider serve multiple machines, such as alloy furnaces, while carrying recipe outputs back to the provider so machines that output automatically can participate in crafting. Multi P2P Tunnels support multiple inputs: item, fluid, and FE traffic can be split across outputs, redstone carries the highest input signal, and Pattern P2Ps distribute patterns to outputs. The mod also adds a GregTech-Modern EU P2P Tunnel for transferring EU and Dense Co-Processing Units that provide multiple crafting threads based on the storage component used. The Faulty Memory Card helps automate repetitive setup by mass-pasting device configurations and setting incrementing or decrementing priorities and amounts on storage buses and level emitters. Semi-Vibrant Glass changes Vibrant Glass’s particle effect to resemble a cloud chamber and exposes an API for other mods to use similar effects.
