A skyblock adventure with endless ores and no sifting.

Sky Greg is a GregTech CEu Modern skyblock pack built around making resource generation accessible from the start, so play can focus on processing, automation, and progression rather than prolonged early-game gathering. The starting platform includes ore-generation blocks: a Random Ore Generator produces ores to mine, and feeding a raw ore into the Raw Conversion Generator produces that ore’s variants without consuming the input. After obtaining steel, upgraded generators produce ores directly into inventories, enabling automated, effectively infinite supplies for GregTech production lines. Other resource tools include cobblestone and dirt generators, water and lava condensers, and crushing hammers that turn stone into gravel, gravel into sand, sand into dust, and dirt into plant fiber or saplings. Infinite Block Generators also supply many building materials, including stone, dirt, terracotta, and concrete variants, while Easy Villagers and Easy Piglins offer Auto Traders for additional resources. GregTech CEu Modern provides the main technology and processing progression, supported by quests that guide the earlier ages and offer practical rewards such as cables, crafting components, and conveyors. The pack adds custom multiblocks for early steam-age processing and other purposes, and includes Applied Energistics 2 with a ready-to-use crafting terminal and item and fluid storage from the start. For logistics, players can use AE2 alongside Modular Routers, XNet, LaserIO, and Ender IO conduits; Advanced Generators provide an optional way to generate power from GregTech fuels in the IV age and later. Mob resources can come from craftable, upgradeable spawners, purchasable spawn eggs at the Market block, conventional farms, Mob Grinding Utilities, or a multiblock farm simulation. Building and customization options include Framed Blocks, Xtones: Reworked, Building Gadgets, and resource packs and shaders.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 3 May 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 2 May 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 292 of its 295 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
11 mods send something about you
We read the code of 267 of its 269 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 18 of the 222 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
47 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
