About
Modular Loot Crates gives server administrators and modpack makers configurable containers and loot bundles for distributing rewards through world structures, mob drops, and quests. It adds chest crates, loot barrels, shulker crates, and loot bundles that draw random contents from assigned loot tables; shulker crates can also be picked up, retain their contents, and serve as backpacks. Crates can be set to generate loot separately for each player, require a matching-rarity key, retain or clear their inventories, and restock on schedules ranging from timed intervals to daily or weekly cycles. World-generation settings can replace loot-table chests, barrels, and shulker boxes with crates, with rules for choosing crate variants and assigning alternate loot tables to particular structures. Crates, bundles, and keys come in Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Ghastly, and Blazing variants, each with a distinct appearance; Ghastly is half-transparent, while Blazing can set nearby objects or players on fire.
