A varied adventure pack with quests, building, magic, and machines.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 276 graded mods, 122 are graded A or B, 32 C and 122 D to F. Its last update came out 4.6 years ago, for Minecraft 1.18.1. See the mods
Benchmark II is a large, immersive modpack that combines adventure, building, technology, and magic, with more than 300 included mods. A quest book with over 1,200 quests guides players through the pack and explains its mods. Its world includes modded biomes in the End and Nether, improved overworld biome distribution, fruit trees in BYG biomes, and exploration sites such as pillager campsites and better dungeons and strongholds. Players can also encounter the Void Blossom boss and find new artifacts. The pack includes performance mods and Iris Shaders support for players who want to use shaders.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.18.1 · Fabric, 31 Mar 2022). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
16 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 31 Mar 2022 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 292 of its 293 mods, without running them.
We have not checked the files in the pack itself yet (settings, scripts).
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of 291 of its 293 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 10 of the 191 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
102 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
