More Bows: Restrung continues the classic More Bows mod, aiming to preserve its original experience while fixing bugs, adding quality-of-life improvements, and restoring cut ideas. It adds a collection of specialized bows, including reinforced, iron, golden, crystal, blazing, Legia, Ender, and Frost bows, each with distinct traits such as increased durability, faster draw speed, extra damage, or fire effects. The Ender Bow’s shots summon additional arrows after a delay, while the Frost Bow slows targets, lays snow on impact, and can freeze water. The mod also improves bow draw animations and adds impact particles for some bows; Frost Bow snow layers stack, it deals bonus damage to Blazes, and its arrows can appear as either snowballs or snow cubes. The bows work in multiplayer, and configuration options let players change mod behavior; bow recipes that use OreDictionary-compatible bows can also recognize these additions.
