A chaotic adventure pack full of dangerous dungeons, bosses, and monsters.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 80 graded mods, 61 are graded A or B, 14 C and 5 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.16.5. See the mods
Crazy Craft 5.0 (Chaos Edition) is an unofficial continuation of Crazy Craft that aims to bring back its chaotic, overpowered feel while adding updated content and a demanding adventure in an unfamiliar world. Exploration is built around dangerous locations, hostile mobs, frequent bosses and dungeon-focused mods, including Dungeons Enhanced, Castle Dungeons, Dungeons Plus, Aquamirae and the YUNG's Better Caves, Mineshafts, Strongholds and Dungeons. Chaos Awakens and the Marvel mod add superhero and power-fantasy elements, while the pack also includes DivineRPG, Twilight Forest, Mowzie's Mobs, Wyrmroost and dangerous dinosaurs from DragN's Deadly Dinos. Weapons and equipment range from Spartan Weaponry, More Bows Restrung, Timeless and Classics Guns and Swashbucklers to customizable Tinkers' Construct and Silent Gear tools; a lightly RPG-style HUD complements the combat-focused play. Beyond combat and exploration, Mekanism and ProjectE offer technology and resource systems, while Croptopia and Farmer's Delight add farming and food options. Building choices include Chisel and FramedBlocks, plus Macaw's additions for furniture, bridges, doors, windows, roofs, paths, fences, trapdoors, lighting and more.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.16.5 · Forge, 26 Sep 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 2 Sep 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 84 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
2 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 84 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI tool in the 84 mods we checked, and no AI content is declared for them on Modrinth.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and code history and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
