    About

    My Totem Doll replaces Minecraft’s totems with 2D or 3D player dolls, using a player’s skin when you rename a totem to their nickname; the dolls can also display capes and custom models. You can choose and customize a standard doll, including its hands, model, and skin textures, and adjust how totems render in the left and right hands in first person. Individual totems can be customized through an anvil Tags menu, and NameMC skin IDs can also be used to select a skin for a totem. The mod works client-side, so you can see other players’ totems in multiplayer even when they do not have the mod installed on the server. Players can create their own doll models in BlockBench’s .bbmodel format and add them through resource packs; the model format supports Java Block/Item and Free Rotation Item models. Skin-refresh options let you update the dolls’ appearance for a specific player or all loaded players.
