    About

    Nears adds harvestable fruit and crops to the Nether, with each addition tied to a particular biome or plant. In crimson forests, Near Hangs grow from ceilings and occasionally produce nears; their stems can also be harvested to craft crimson planks. In warped forests, Faar Growths hang from warped fungi and mature into bundles that can be broken for faars or used to negate fall damage. Soul berries grow in soul sand valleys and can be picked like sweet berries. In basalt deltas, breaking cinder grass yields seeds that can be planted on basalt or magma blocks to grow cinder grain, which can be crafted into cinder sangak bread.
