DarkN Cobblemon is a survival-focused modpack that combines Cobblemon with a broad set of additions to expand exploration, building, crafting, and everyday play. Its Cobblemon additions include community-made Pokémon, Legendary Encounters, MoreMons, Buizel and Floatzel, shinier shiny variants, Pokémon fishing, and ways to pet and feed Pokémon. Cobblemon settings are adjusted to add more Pokémon, shorten healing times, and increase the spawn radius. Exploration brings new dimensions and biomes, along with world-generation additions such as BetterEnd, BetterNether, Oh The Biomes You'll Go, Repurposed Structures, Structory, and YUNG's dungeons, mineshafts, and strongholds. The pack also expands survival life with added animals and wildlife, including ducks, and adds food and farming content through Croptopia, Farmer's Delight, and fishing-related additions. For crafting and progression, it adds recipes, materials, crafting stations such as a smeltery and tinkering table, and systems for skills, quests, and equipment. Building options include decorative blocks and furniture, plus Macaw's doors, roofs, bridges, fences, windows, trapdoors, lights, paintings, and paths. Convenience features include improved inventory management, a minimap and world map, and custom-configured shaders and gameplay settings.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Fabric, 17 Jun 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 17 Jun 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 220 of its 222 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of 205 of its 207 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 13 of the 207 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
