Build a home in the Nether with new blocks and resources.

Nether Core expands the Nether with resources, building materials, and machinery intended to make it a more appealing place to settle and develop. Vanilla ores can generate in the Nether, while Netherrack can be compressed through eight tiers and the highest tier smelted into a Nether Star, at the cost of roughly 43 million Netherrack. Nether Stone adds decorative block variants, including slabs, fences, stairs, and bricks, and Soul Glass offers a frameless, light-blocking window with visible trapped souls. A Nether Rod crafted from a Blaze Rod and Nether Brick provides Glowstone-level light. Nether Growth can be applied to Netherrack in the Nether, where it slowly spreads to nearby blocks and may set them on fire; it also prevents mob spawns. When Nether Growth spreads to Coal Ore, it can create Nether Coal Ore, a source of Nether Coal that burns twice as long as ordinary coal. The Nether Furnace smelts items without fuel by drawing heat from nearby lava, and receives an additional heat boost when placed in the Nether; more heat increases its passive smelting speed.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.8.9 to 1.10.2.
Adds 2 items: Nether Coal and Nether Spore.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.8.9 to 1.10.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.8.9 to 1.10.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
