A mob and difficulty overhaul for Fabric.

Nox is a server-side mob and difficulty overhaul designed to make nights more threatening, with changes to nearly every monster and the game’s bosses and golems. Its general combat changes make mobs pursue players more aggressively: most can see through walls, find targets without a random delay, and gain longer follow range, while zombies move faster and many ranged attackers strafe and prefer greater distance. Sleep is harder to secure because nearby-monster detection covers a broad area above and below the bed, and detected monsters receive the Glowing effect. The overhaul gives familiar enemies distinctive tactics and effects: spiders avoid the sun and place cobwebs on attacked players, cave spiders inflict Slowness, creepers move while igniting and can breach walls, and Endermen can break blocks and inflict Darkness. Other additions include naturally spawning slimes with more health and speed that leave a Poison cloud on death, witches that use stronger lingering potions, and Nether-dwelling Wither Skeletons and Blazes with new close-range threats. Ghasts hit harder and more often, while piglins and several other mobs can mine blocks; piglins are angered by players unless they wear only golden armor. The Wither and Ender Dragon receive substantial combat changes, including increased health, more frequent attacks, and new or intensified attacks; golems are tougher, with Iron Golems gaining an area attack and Snow Golems firing stronger snowballs more often.

No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.18 to 1.19.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.18 to 1.19.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 1 web address while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
