Personal Cars adds five drivable vehicles to Minecraft: a compact car, SUV, animal transporter, truck and racecar, each available in green, red, blue or grey. Every car has a unique identifier and must be paired with a key; only someone with a paired key can open or close it, and keys can be copied or unpaired using a key modifier. Once inside, the driver starts the engine with the paired key, and cars offer a choice between simple driving and a configurable momentum-based mode that supports drifting with the handbrake. The vehicles have different performance and passenger capacities: the compact car seats two and has average speed and health, the SUV seats two and is slower but tougher and more water-resistant, and the one-person racecar is fast on land but performs poorly in water. The transporter can carry mobs that can be led, including up to six large animals or nine other mobs, while the truck can carry two players and up to 36 item stacks. A whip is used to load or unload animals from the transporter, and its horn can startle nearby animals; the truck's storage is accessible from inside the vehicle.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.11 to 1.12.2.
Adds 1 block, 25 items, 1 vehicle, 4 other entities and 12 sounds.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.11 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends about you
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.11 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts 2 web addresses while you play.
Like any connection, each address it contacts sees your IP address.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
