    About

    Psio rebalances Psi by making spellcasting consume a PSI reserve that no longer regenerates passively; after the regeneration cooldown, PSI-storing items in the player’s inventory refill the bar. Players can carry single-use PSI Stimulators or rechargeable PSI Cells, which come in four capacity tiers, while the creative-only Star of PSI provides an infinite source. The mod also adds machines that generate PSI or recharge cells using Forge Energy, Botania mana, Astral Sorcery liquid starlight, Blood Magic life essence, Embers ember, or Thaumcraft potentia essentia. Its Draw Energy spell piece draws PSI from a PSI-storing block in the world and can also recharge PSI-storing items in the caster’s inventory. When installed, Baubles lets players equip PSI Cells as trinkets, and configuration options can disable the XP-to-PSI conversion and the feature that unlocks Psi for players when they join.
