Progression-based pack that takes you through a large number of dimensions.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 363 graded mods, 114 are graded A or B, 57 C and 192 D to F. Its last update came out 15 months ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Dimension Hopper: The Fall is a story-driven progression modpack about investigating a Dimensional Shift that has scrambled portals, dimensional connections, teleportation, and ores. Players follow more than 1,500 quests through 327 dimensions, with the possibility of further shifts disrupting their progress. Progression is shaped by hundreds of custom recipes and quest-linked crafting stages, while space exploration is divided into three chapters, each built around a rocket tier and a network of stargates. The pack also replaces ordinary anvils and enchantment tables with a tiered custom enchantment system. Later play includes extensive automation and processing, including multiblocks, ore production, and crafting chains for materials such as mana-infused metal and rich slag.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 18 Jul 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 27 May 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 371 of its 373 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
10 mods send something about you
We read the code of 370 of its 373 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 11 of the 176 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
197 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
