    About

    Realm RPG: Treasure Balloons adds rare, chest-carrying balloons that fly past players in the sky, offering loot as an incentive to explore. Balloons spawn individually for players in suitable open areas and travel in a random direction; shoot one with a ranged weapon before it flies too far away, and its chest drops to the ground for retrieval. Each balloon has a randomly selected, color-coded rarity: common balloons mainly yield starting materials and leather, uncommon ones farming supplies and copper, rare ones aquatic-themed items and iron, epic ones alchemy items and gold, and legendary ones enchantment-related items and diamonds. Even at later stages, balloons can rarely contain valuable finds such as enchanted books, while their mostly material-based loot is designed to support progression rather than hand out powerful equipment early. The mod supports multiplayer with a limit on balloon spawns in crowded areas, and includes tailored compatibility for TerraFirmaCraft, the Aether, and the Twilight Forest.
