Small mod which makes some vanilla mobs significantly harder.
Finished or replaced projects get no grade: they will not get fixes or new versions.
Rough Mobs makes many vanilla creatures more dangerous, with configurable changes that can be enabled, disabled, or adjusted in the config. Zombies can spawn with enchanted gear or riding zombie horses, gain extra health and knockback resistance, inflict stacking hunger, and break selected blocks; baby zombies also burn in sunlight. Skeletons, including wither skeletons, can carry enchanted armor and switch between a bow and an offhand melee weapon when players approach, while shooting rapidly and having increased health. Creepers become faster and can turn invisible near players, while slimes gain health, jump farther, and hit with stronger knockback; small slimes can cling to a player’s head and cause nausea and slowness. Endermen can teleport attackers, inflict blindness or nausea, and steal held items, while spiders apply stacking slowness and can create a web after repeated hits. Witches can affect nearby entities with random effects and summon bats on death, silverfish may split when attacked, and blazes can appear throughout the Nether, where they ignite or blast nearby attackers. Other changes include tougher vindicators and evokers, ghasts that resist projectiles and can drop primed TNT, and withers that summon wither skeletons over time. The mod also lets users add or remove entity attributes such as health, speed, attack damage, knockback resistance, and follow range, create custom spawn entries, and adjust spawn rates. Configurable targeting changes make mobs seek players before attacking and can let aggressive mobs target animals and villagers.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.9.4 to 1.12.2.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.9.4 to 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.9.4 to 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
