    About

    Simple Snowy Fix corrects a vanilla world-generation bug that can leave snow beneath tree leaves when neighboring chunks are generated in the wrong order, so snow covers leaves properly in snowy biomes. It also addresses cases such as snow appearing on trees grown from saplings, and an optional configuration setting can make snow generate on leaves beneath other leaves; that setting is off by default. The fix is intended to work with most mods that add snowy biomes, with compatibility specifically tested for Biomes O’ Plenty, Regions Unexplored, and Oh The Biomes We’ve Gone, including mods that use Oh The Trees You’ll Grow. Snow generation beneath trees is not included; that behavior is provided separately by Snow Under Trees.
