    About

    Spectrite expands Minecraft with an extremely rare ore that can generate in the Overworld, Nether, and End, providing materials for powerful equipment and other Spectrite items. Its animated, color-changing gear includes armor that raises maximum health and durable tools that harvest up to nine suitable blocks at once, as well as swords that deal dispersed area damage and arrows that can strike with Spectrite damage or configured explosions. Spectrite also adds potions and effect-enhancing Spectrite Orbs, which can be combined at a Spectrite Anvil and fused with armor. Exploration brings a three-floor Spectrite Dungeon in each world, trackable with a Spectrite Compass and stocked with progressively better loot, Spectrite Skeletons, Wither Skeletons, Creepers, and Golems; its exit portal returns players to the entrance. Rare skull-shaped structures made of Spectrite Bone and Spectrite Bricks can appear in the Overworld or Nether, housing Spectrite mobs and a chest that may contain mid- or high-tier loot. Combat also includes tougher Spectrite variants of vanilla mobs and a harder Spectrite Wither, whose drops provide materials for a weapon that fires wither skulls. Spectrite blocks have additional uses: Spectrite Glass above an active beacon makes its beam change hue, while Spectrite Sand can help summon the Spectrite Wither and Spectrite Blocks can form a beacon base or summon Spectrite Golems. Configuration options let players adjust the experience, including its balance and certain arrow impact effects.
