About
Thaumic Energistics bridges Thaumcraft and Applied Energistics, bringing essentia storage, transport, monitoring, and use into an ME network. Essentia can be imported and exported through network buses, stored in essentia cells or Thaumcraft jars, and tracked by type with the Essentia Terminal and level emitters. Its provider blocks connect networked essentia to arcane devices, including Thaumcraft machines that use suction and infusion equipment such as the Runic matrix. The Arcane Crafting Terminal combines access to ME-network items with an Arcane Workbench, while the Arcane Assembler and essentia autocrafting support automated crafting of arcane items. The mod also supports charging wands in a digital crafting terminal, connecting golems to the network to operate grinders or chargers, and using redstone signals based on stored essentia amounts. For ComputerCraft users, an Essentia Provider exposes stored aspect amounts and can notify computers when watched essentia levels or network power change. Behind the interface, essentia is converted into a gaseous digital form for network storage and compressed back into raw essentia when exported.
