An expert skyblock pack where ProjectE does not make you overpowered.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 123 graded mods, 51 are graded A or B, 26 C and 46 D to F. Its last update came out 7.7 years ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Equivalent Skies is an expert skyblock modpack built around ProjectE, with a guided progression that makes its opening stages a starting point rather than an immediate route to overwhelming power. Instead of beginning with Ex Nihilo, the pack starts with ProjectE alone and expects players to build automation early as they progress toward automating the Mk 7 Energy Collector and Anti-Matter Relay. Its 99 quests mostly follow that progression, while leaving some useful tasks and self-directed goals outside the questbook; the pack expects players to understand the included mods and set up systems beyond those explicitly described. The mod selection is designed to limit overlapping machine functions and create a natural progression, with the main quest line drawing on broad parts of the included mods. Beyond the main objective, players can pursue goals such as generating 1T EMC, filling a Draconic Energy Orb, defeating the Gaia Guardian, or making Void Metal.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 25 Feb 2019). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 26 Jan 2019 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 125 of its 126 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of 125 of its 126 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 7 of the 66 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
60 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
