A quest-filled modpack where magic and automation help you progress.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 216 graded mods, 85 are graded A or B, 41 C and 90 D to F. Its last update came out 5 months ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Divine Journey 2 is an expert modpack built around a long, quest-guided progression toward the goal of finding the meaning of life. Its 1,600-plus quests guide players through extensive recipe and crafting chains, with more than 5,000 changed recipes and over 600 custom items shaping how familiar and modded systems fit together. Progression spans magic and automation, including custom material tiers, large crafting recipes, multiblock machines, and production chains that combine technologies such as Alchemistry, Galacticraft, Astral Sorcery, and LightningCraft. The pack also sends players across 19 dimensions, where community-built dungeons offer challenges such as puzzle rooms, mob-filled corridors, hidden buttons, and boss encounters. Examples include the Wildwood dungeon, with two puzzles and a final boss, the eight-room Apalachia dungeon with hidden key-fragment buttons, and Mortum Tower, where defeating Vamacheron unlocks Bewitchment.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 6 Jun 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 29 May 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 223 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
9 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 223 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 8 of the 113 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
110 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and code history and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
