    About

    ThaumicAPI is a library mod for Thaumcraft 6 that gives addon developers standardized interfaces and helpers for extending features that were otherwise hardcoded. For Essentia Smelters, it provides auxiliary and vent interfaces plus a helper tile class, so addons can create smelters with compatible auxiliary blocks instead of relying on hardcoded block checks. Developers can register custom Warp Events through its warp-event interfaces; the events are handled through an event system that allows them to be modified or cancelled, and players can manually trigger specific events with a command. Other helpers support complex casting gauntlets, movement-speed abilities such as the Boots of the Traveler, infusion enchantments, and adding Vis Discounts or Warping to gear. The mod also provides JEI support for displaying Thaumcraft AspectLists, including integration with ThaumicJEI.
