A tool-making mod with lots of ways to build and customize tools.

Tinkers' Antique is an unofficial continuation of Tinkers' Construct 2 that keeps its tool-making experience compatible with existing add-ons and worlds while adding fixes, backported features, configuration options, and original content. Players can build and customize tools from materials, apply modifiers, and use a smeltery to melt metals and cast parts; additions include Alumite and Aluminum Brass tool parts, while Blazin' Blood can fuel smelteries and be poured onto iron to produce steel. The fork brings back the Autosmelt modifier and Lava Crystal, adds the Incognito modifier for hiding visible tool modifiers, and lets players deconstruct tools in tool stations or forges. Smelteries and seared furnaces have configurable tick rates, and options also cover liquid transfer, smeltery fluid height and item renders, projectile despawn time, and material registration. It also restores village structures that can incorporate blocks from other mods and gives slime islands their own liquid textures. Automatic integrations extend Tinkers-style materials, traits, and modifiers to mods such as Advent of Ascension, Ice and Fire, The Twilight Forest, Defiled Lands, and Fish's Undead Rising.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
Adds:
Counted from the files of the mod. Content made only in its code is not counted.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
It has no file for a recent Minecraft version. This is about its files for Minecraft 1.12.2.
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and sounds and found none.
We have not read its code history yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

Mods that modpacks often add together with Tinkers' Antique. Share: how many of the modpacks with Tinkers' Antique also have that mod.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. None is for a recent Minecraft version. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 6 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This lowers the grade by 5 points.
