    About

    Veinminer Hotkey is a client addon for Veinminer that makes veinmining an intentional action: hold the hotkey to mine connected blocks, with the server still enforcing Veinminer’s block rules and settings. While the hotkey is held, a dynamic crosshair indicates veinmining and a preview highlights the connected blocks, including through intervening blocks when translucent highlighting is enabled. You can switch mining patterns by scrolling while holding the hotkey, adjust mining depth or width with Shift, and configure, add, or remove patterns through the pattern controls or mod menu. Server settings can allow or disable the client addon, control translucent highlights, and determine whether the hotkey can veinmine any block, subject to other settings. The addon requires Veinminer on the server, or on the client as well for single-player, and can work alongside the Veinminer enchantment addon.
