    About

    Zen Utils extends CraftTweaker and ZenScript with tools for writing and managing scripts and customizing Minecraft behavior. Its central feature is partial script reloading, which can reload scripts without requiring a full restart. Scripts can register custom commands and command trees, access players by name or UUID, and schedule sequences of tasks to run after tick delays. For ContentTweaker-created content, Zen Utils adds expanded items and blocks with features such as item-update callbacks, block interaction and collision callbacks, custom tile entities, and items that store RF energy. It also exposes item and fluid handlers, allowing scripts to work with inventories and machine tanks, and provides access to Forge capabilities and native methods. Its event tools include a generic manager for ZenScript, Forge, and other mod events, with controls for event priority and receiving canceled events, as well as events for world loading, saving, and unloading. For FTB Quests, scripts can define custom tasks and rewards and respond to task, quest, and chapter events. Additional scripting helpers cover custom gamerules, player statistics, localization, UUIDs, and string and data manipulation.
