A story of growth, both for a man and his SlashBlade.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 152 graded mods, 66 are graded A or B, 26 C and 60 D to F. Its last update came out 7 months ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Blessed or Cursed: Expedition to Infinite Force is a story-driven modpack about becoming a blade smith and pursuing the power of the Infinite Force, built around SlashBlade and The Last Smith. Players craft, collect, strengthen, and wield SlashBlades against enemies, then extract power from their blades to make advanced items, with the Infinite Heart as the ultimate goal. Progression follows The Last Smith’s advancements: unlocking them reveals stronger blades and higher-level items, while the blue guide book offers help and the pack adds clearer descriptions of advancement tasks and blade recipe requirements. The pack also streamlines blade making and refinement: blades can be crafted at a crafting table, and a single anvil operation can use available materials and experience to refine a blade as far as possible. Its additional gameplay includes a “Robber” enchantment that lets players take equipment from mobs, plus cooking and farming changes such as using Seed Oil Drop in recipes that call for food oil and pressing soybean oil at a crafting table. The FTB Quests book includes a Twilight Forest tutorial covering boss-fight order and side-quest collectibles, and Sakura barrels can store drinks from Heat and Climate.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 8 Apr 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 5 Dec 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 161 of its 162 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of 158 of its 160 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 86 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
3 other mods show AI use only from after this release (8 Apr 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
74 mods are not checked yet.
1 mod can use AI in the game.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
