Build automated factories and fulfill trade deals on a barren planet.

Create: Prepare to Dye is an automation-focused modpack built around rebuilding a production company on Chroma Prime, a depleted, irradiated planet, where you compete to become the system’s highest-rated producer. As a powerful automaton, you do not need food or sleep, and must produce resources yourself rather than relying on mining. The core loop is to accept trade deals from companies, automate the goods they request, and use successful deliveries to expand production and unlock more advanced contracts. Complex processing lines shaped by Create, Botania, Quark, and Supplementaries make automation and logistics the central challenge, with more than 3,000 recipe changes and additions tailored to the pack’s gameplay. Progression comes from scaling and refining production rather than replacing machines with higher-tier versions, and early processes such as white-plate production can remain useful later. Recipes are designed to offer meaningful trade-offs rather than simple upgrades, while the pack removes content that does not serve its automation focus. An in-game item and recipe index helps explain the pack’s systems, and its feature-based scripts let players disable or enable features and add their own through recipe managers.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.19.2 · Forge, 5 Mar 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 9 Feb 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 79 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 79 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 13 of the 77 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
2 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
