An immersive, artistic, yet performant modpack.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 224 graded mods, 137 are graded A or B, 37 C and 50 D to F. Its last update came out 20 months ago, for Minecraft 1.19.2. See the mods
Forget Me Not is a vanilla-plus modpack focused on an immersive, challenging survival adventure while keeping its systems relatively simple and performance-conscious. It replaces advancement screens with real-time in-game tips and applies dark styling across its interfaces to create a more seamless presentation. Combat uses revised enemy AI and mechanics, with a dynamic difficulty system that responds to the selected difficulty and grows tougher as you travel farther or delve deeper, including into other dimensions. Enemies can gain special abilities and stage-based changes, such as skeletons using tipped or splitting arrows, zombies gaining brief resistance after striking, and spiders gaining speed when they first spot a target. The pack adds combat effects and counters including dizzying blows, healing when fighting back, experience-based healing, TNT defusing, and several dragon-fireball variants. Its design avoids technology-heavy or elaborate progression systems and instead offers hundreds of custom recipes and custom items, with the included mods configured to work together in a vanilla-plus style. Other survival changes include infested deepslate underground, coal-vein collapse, occasional bonus drops from coal, iron, and gold, and armor-set effects such as fire resistance for gold armor and speed for leather armor. Inventory and interface guidance are part of the experience, with in-game tips for features such as inventory management, furnaces, waystones, enchanting, and disenchanting. A large royalty-free music selection adds situational tracks, including music associated with bosses such as the Ender Dragon and Wither, as well as forest exploration and combat.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.19.2 · Fabric, 27 Feb 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
3 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 20 Feb 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 233 of its 234 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 14 of the 197 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
37 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
