A modpack for smoother play, richer visuals, and easier inventory handling.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 65 graded mods, 57 are graded A or B, 7 C and 1 D to F. Its last update came out 7 months ago, for Minecraft 1.21.5. See the mods
Hold My Items (Realistic) is a 61-mod collection focused on smoother performance, visual and audio enhancements, and quality-of-life changes, with Hold My Items providing its central realistic inventory-management feature. Players can add ambient soundscapes, realistic sound physics, dynamic lighting, and richer particle effects, alongside performance tools such as Sodium Extra, Lithium, Dynamic FPS, and Entity Culling. Inventory and combat tweaks include Mouse Tweaks, Smooth Swapping for fluid weapon and tool changes, automatic eating when needed, visible armor durability, axes that function as weapons, and zombies with shields. The pack also includes village spawn locations and screenshot sharing through ScreenshotToClipboard.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.5 · Fabric, 30 Mar 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 65 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 60 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 1 of the 58 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in it, or its author declared AI content.
2 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
