A medieval survival world filled with exploration and dangerous challenges.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 27 graded mods, 18 are graded A or B, 9 C and none D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.16.5. See the mods
Kingdom of Daldar is a survival-focused modpack that places players in a medieval world built for exploration and challenge. Its content includes varied biomes and terrain from Biomes O’ Plenty and TerraForged, dungeons and structures from Dungeon Crawl, Dungeons Content, Repurposed Structures, and Valhelsia Structures, and settlements where villagers can be guarded or threatened. Players encounter added creatures such as Alex’s Mobs, Ice and Fire, Mowzie’s Mobs, and Whisperwoods, alongside medieval-themed weapons and equipment from Medieval Craft Weapons, Spartan Weaponry, and Spartan Shields. Aquaculture 2, Small Ships, and Upgrade Aquatic add fishing, seafaring, and aquatic content, while Nef’s Medieval Decoration and Medieval Craft contribute to the setting’s medieval feel. Complementary Shaders - Unbound is included, and the pack supports shaders out of the box.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.16.5 · Forge, 11 May 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 10 Apr 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 28 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
1 mod sends something about you
We read the code of 26 of its 27 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (11 May 2024) in the 27 mods we checked.
3 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
