About
Shaders & Optimization is a modpack for enhancing Minecraft’s visuals while keeping gameplay smooth across a range of computer capabilities. It offers BSL, Complementary, and YoFPS shaders, with Iris and Sodium support, alongside natural lighting, reflections, soft shadows, and balanced colors. Continuity adds support for connected and emissive textures, while animated leaves, volumetric clouds, and realistic water enrich biomes and environments. Sodium, Lithium, and FerriteCore target rendering, physics, and memory performance; ImmediatelyFast reduces interface lag, and Dynamic FPS saves resources when the game is in the background. Low-, mid-, and high-end presets adjust shader choices, render distance, particles, and visual effects, ranging from lighter settings to BSL Ultra with advanced reflections, dynamic shadows, and depth of field. The pack also includes ModMenu for managing mods in-game and AppleSkin for hunger and saturation information, with an interface designed to retain Minecraft’s classic style.
