    About

    Mellow is a painterly-style shaderpack designed to give Minecraft a distinctive look while keeping the image comfortable to view and aiming to remain practical for gameplay. Players can choose preset color schemes and adjust colors, saturation, exposure, and color balance, alongside an extensive customizable fog system and multiple cloud styles. Shadows can use lightmaps or shadowmaps, and the shader also offers effects and rendering options such as chromatic aberration, world outlines, and labPBR 1.3 support for normals, specular reflections, texture ambient occlusion, emissiveness, and subsurface scattering. It supports Distant Horizons, Voxy, and Colorwheel, extending its compatibility to distant-terrain rendering and shader use with Create.
